In the fight against discrimination, as well as what the state should do, non-governmental organizations also have a great responsibility.
As the Harmony Project, we have opened a new training program for young people who want to work in these fields in order to combat hate speech and produce projects on discrimination and harmonization in Türkiye.
40 young people who apply to the NGO Management Program receive training on campaign management, budget creation, social leadership, social entrepreneurship, effective public speaking, discrimination and harmony, from expert civil society managers and academics.
These young people will prepare projects to improve the quality of life of discriminated ethnic groups with their mentors at the end of the program. The group that prepared the best project will also have a nice surprise, a cash prize of 10,000 TL.
